For £25 we provide a dedicated phoneline to assist with travel between the airport and your accommodation, meet you on on arrival at your villa or apartment to hand your keys to you and assist with your arrival queries. We include the following complimentary services and gifts: turning on your fridge, water heater and heating (winter) in advance, a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, a bottle of mineral water and a bowl of fresh fruit.

We own villa ClasicoRD and apartments Las Brisas1 & 2. All other villas are advertised in return for using us to clean between lets.

We refund your security bond  approximately 1 week after you depart, in the form you made it (euro bonds are refunded in euros etc.) The bond protects the owner against damage & breakages, extra cleaning such as heavy cleaning of ovens, unwashed crockery, removing your rubbish & replacing / cleaning any items you leave outdoors
