Our most useful service is having us here in Mazarron to check your home every week, all year, in all types of weather. This essential service, with us here to arrange rectification and repairs, has saved owners a fortune by preventing potential disasters (as owners will testify, on request).

We can organize emergency repairs at short notice and we provide you with the security of a signed contract, detailing exactly what we do.

Every week we visit your home to check 22 items, including:

• Check doors and windows are secure, look for rainwater entering.
• Look for damp, leaks and mould.
• Walk round the house to visually check exterior of the building.
• Check for insects, vermin, wasp nests etc.
• Ensure fridge and freezer doors are open, if switched off.
• Ensure apliances are switched off.
• Fill sink, shower and bath traps with water and flush toilets.
• Run gas water heater, if gas is connected.
• Check electricity is working. 

Whenever you plan to visit we prepare your villa, ready for your arrival.

We provide invoices, so you can off set the costs against your tax liability.

Every month we tend your garden and undertake the following:

• Remove weeds
• Prune and tie in new growth
• Water your potted plants
• Check your watering system
• Rectify any wind damage to plants etc
• Check for wasps nests etc
• Clear up any blown in rubbish
• Report any problems to you
